Re: Korn's 11th album?
On 2nd February 2012 during a chat converstation with fans on Korn fansite Kornspace, David Silveria was quoted as saying; "I just wanted be in a rock band and tour the world and play for huge crowds." "Yes we did that, but then add huge constant drama, egos and bad attitudes, and the childhood dream starts slipping away." "Finally the fun and joy was gone for me so it was time to go." "Munky and I were always cool." "I miss him very much."
Sounds like Jon and Fieldy are drama queens.
I love how everyone has been expecting Head to come back for the last SEVEN years. Yeah, sure, that will fix everything. -
Re: Korn's 11th album?
It be nice if Head came back and made even a little cameo. But it be nice to hear a mix of all their different musik. Life is Peachy with a little bit of Issues but a side of Untouchables; pretty much a mix of all their albums. That be nice. I've liked all their albums to date but my least liked one would be the POT. I can't really hear Jonathan when he sings sometimes and sometimes I really just sit there and listen to one song on repeat for hours to get it. Narcissistic Cannibal is a pretty sick song though.

Re: Korn's 11th album?
As long as its heavy and still sounds like Korn - it doesn't matter what kind of album it is.

Re: Korn's 11th album?
Whatever they do they will be brilliant. Recently I read Mr Davis' interview with Metal Hammer and he said that Korn will do something new. I really don't mind whatever the hell they do. I support them as long as they don't collaborate with Justin Bieber.

Re: Korn's 11th album?
Something new for sure, preferably not dubstep.
I really like the idea of an album that is influenced by everything they have done before, that would be great!
As long as it's not a collaboration (i.e. just KoRn) I will be happy.
I'd really like KoRn Kovers -
Re: Korn's 11th album?
Something new like always something great and no more dub step not that it sounded bad just it was too much

Re: Korn's 11th album?
I want them to do an angry album. AND to make songs with two hearable guitars, not just one.
Munky got to step his game up.

Re: Korn's 11th album?
I want to see them get sick with it again. The raw emotion in their first two albums are unbeatable.
SUMMARY: Bring in Ross. -
Re: Korn's 11th album?
well i just hope its something different
but has for what i want
Heavy songs- Messugaaah math metal style i think that would fit korn
some acoustic style songs ...... Grunge style like they were going 2 do
the rest of the album do a Cali style album songs LIKe Red hot chlli peppers FNM and some POP elements in there songs like No doubt and Sublime
also have some guest artist on the album
i think that would be cool
i really think they should do a double album or 4 EPs i think they got enough material and ideas or it seems like they do -
Re: Korn's 11th album?
I hope we get another album like SYOTOS but a little heavier, the whole direction and sound KoRn went with for SYOTOS had potential (just listen to the B-sides). Unfortunately they chose some bad songs to make the final cut. With that said though I still enjoy SYOTOS and would love a heavier album in that direction. But this is KoRn lol, so I'm sure we'll be getting something completley new and different!
...Oh and I hope JD pulls out the bagpipes on a few songs, and does some awesome scat vox! -

Agreed DIA! I'm open minded so I'm eager to hear what they do next. There is still so much more to explore in the world of music so there is a HUGE playground for Korn to play with!

Re: Korn's 11th album?
More Dubstep and similar sonic creativity with all members of korn contributing... Don't remove the electronics - you can achieve music that just isn't possible with a classic band.. POT was the best since follow the leader!!!!

Re: Korn's 11th album?
I want to see Head back in the band when they go into the studio for their 11th album

Re: Korn's 11th album?
It is a fair statement to say that it is likely thatHead has rehearsed with them in their studio for the tour while at the same time they are writing a new album. Head isnt rusty. Im 100% that Head has already officially joined korn again and that everyone is being cautious due to the Love and Death tour thats going on. Releasing the info now may pull attention from his band for korn and it is a respect thing. As for the album..its in preproduction and it is a good observation to claim that Head will return on this record.
