Is anyone able to tell me where I get the download of my concert from vip session?

    I never even got an email regarding this. I paid extra for two VIP tickets for the San Antonio show back in November 2011, and I'll be pretty pissed if I never get a copy of the show.

    Their hardly going to release more than 1 or 2 shows a year.

    I've checked on this and they are being mixed now and should be up VERY soon!

    I went to the 5-10-12 show in NJ at that time shows were up from 2 weeks prior now 3 1/2 months later its still not up.

    tryed to download my concert but it says i need to pay for membership in order to log on, how do i do it without having to pay membership?!

    You can`t just download them guys.You have to pay the subscription fee (around 25 dollars). Its easily worth it for the many shows which are available in great quality. C`mon support your favourite band !!

    We already paid for the VIP ticket that INCLUDES a download of the concert. Why haven't we received our download yet? This is ridiculous!

    If you paid for a VIP then you must wait for Ground CTRL to send you an email with a link to your show to download it. The downloads available right now are for those that have paid membership on Korn.com.

    I had a VIP ticket (two, actually) to the San Antonio, TX show on Friday, November 18, 2011. It's been over a year, and that was an extra few hundred dollars.

    Now while I understand that I got to meet Korn and got autographs and photographs and all that fun stuff, the recording was included in there.

    If you haven't recieved your download of a show you have purchased a VIP for, please contact Customer Support by visiting support.groundctrl.com or calling 877-GND-CTRL Monday - Friday between the hours of 9am and 5pm PT.
