Sayreville NJ show download

I went to the Sayreville NJ show and payed for the download all Korn shows membership. I downloaded my show and it's the Silver Spring show. I called GRND CTL and they said that is the file they got for the show and there is nothing they can do. This is unaceptable and I'm not sure where to go from here. Does anyone have any suggestions?

    I downloaded the file and it says its Sayreville. What about it makes you think its the Silver Spring show?

    Download both shows they are exactly the same. The silver Spring show is 2 seconds shorter but if you go to the 19min 40 second spot in Sayreville he says Silver Spring and its at the 19:37 mark on the silver spring show. I played them both at the same time and they sync up perfectly. I bought the membership because I wanted the recording of the show I went to, now it's not the right show and they said thats what they got and cant do anything. I feel cheated. Don't offer something if you cant deliver.

    Yes, I see what you mean at the end he thanks Silver Spring. People are human and we all make mistakes but I'm looking into it. Give me some time to see if I can get this fixed. I'd bet the file was mislabeled. I'll let you know more after I do some checking.

    Once 2007 I was on your concert and I was very satisfied with the music you guys made.
    Can you help me in the future so my band Krd can record some records too?
