When will second leg of Path of Totality dates/VIP's be going up?

There are not many dates left on the tour link, When will second leg of Path of Totality dates/VIP's be going up? I dont know why they are not up already. I really hope Minneapolis Mn is on the list. Please Put them Up soon, I cant wait much longer....
