Concerts today are making us go bankrupt in a society with unemployment.
For 2 tickets for Rock on the Range...one of the best concerts of a life time to attend, which by the way i WAS very excited to attend i looked for the price of these tickets and all together it comes to $346.00, FOR THE TICKETS ALONE. That does not include parking, food, beverages and also a place to sleep. Apparently the camping package is $700!!!. Bitch i got BILLLLLS to PAY. Unless someone is going to pitch in for gas money a place to sleep and the essentials to keep me ALIVE and not succumb to dehydration. Regardless of the once in a life time chance to see so many good bands together, is it really that WORTH IT!?!?!? I need to find a radio station pronto to win the tickets, but that still doesn't cover the latter comments. Couldn't the bands give us a break or their promoters etc of whos in charge for these ticket prices!? Either way someone is pocketing A LOT of money from the broke as it is nation. I understand artists need to make their money too but damn. I'll be missing out big time. I just hope they come to Ohio again another time with something a TAD more affordable.
Sincerely,
sadly disappointed AKA Cara

Yikes. Rock on the Range isn't THAT good. I wouldn't pay more than $100 total (food, parking, etc.) for that show. Just wait until Head comes on a KoRn tour to the smaller venues. He was the only reason to attend anyways.

These prices aren't driven by the artist. Thats the promoters and the venues...not the artists.
