Wow it's finally time to review Korn's 11th album "The Paradigm Shift". I'm sorry about the wait guys, I was going in chronological order of Korn's albums starting with their first record to their latest record. I mentioned awhile ago on my review for "Take A Look In The Mirror" that guitarist Brian "Head" Welch had left the band after 2003. Well I'm glad to report to you that Head is back and the band and fans couldn't be happier. We're still waiting on my favorite Korn drummer of all time David Silveria to return. Whether he's going to return or not is still undetermined, I hope he does come back. Let's see how much has changed with 'Head' back in the band ARE YOU READY?!!!!

1. PREY FOR ME - I love this first song, I hope this becomes the next "hit-single". 5/5

2. LOVE & METH - Awesome song!!!. This is the second "hit-single". 5/5

3. WHAT WE DO - Awesome song!!!. 5/5

4. SPIKE IN MY VEINS - A pretty good song, it wasn't bad. 4/5

5. MASS HYSTERIA - I thought it was an ok song. 3/5

6. PARANOID AND AROUSED - Awesome song period. 5/5

7. NEVER NEVER - Beautiful!!!. 5/5

8. PUNISHMENT TIME - lol I love the name of this song, but overall it's just ok. 3/5

9. LULLABY FOR A SADIST - A much softer song, this was just ok too. 3/5

10. VICTIMIZED - I liked it, but I didn't find myself in love with it though. 3.5/5

11. IT'S ALL WRONG - This song was a little bit better than the previous. 4/5

So my rating for this album is a 4/5

I didn't have the money to buy the special edition of "The Paradigm Shift" at the time. I will buy it eventually and put a blog up :)

Looks like you didn't get the album with the bonus tracks, "Wish I wasn't born today" & "Tell me what you want"?? Them two are one of the best tracks. Its been a few months now & it still is one of there strongest albums ever. I think KORN have got a lot of new young fans around the world, & has sold quite a few over here in the GB, Cos I have never seen them in the top 20 charts over here & went straight in at number 18. I think the only thing wrong with this is that they should of kept "Lullaby for a sadist" as an instrumental, Just for a change. So that said I still stick to my guns & give it a full 5/5. Peace bro..
