Im telling you listen to the lonely island its stupid as hell but its some funny arsse music though always puts a smile on my face or blare some korn, or watch some movies or something hell or do something really out the ordinary to shock even yourself got only one life live it theres always going to be dark times but when we do have the great times we appreciate and value them even more

Think of stuff that makes you happy. Or think what could be worse, it may make you feel better. Exercise is good. Doing a sport. Maybe talking to someone like a friend or family about anything? Hanging out with positive people that make you feel good and happy and positive. Socialising. Art and craft such as painting, drawing, making things. I like going out and doing things, going for a walk, exercise, art and craft, socialising, singing and dancing to music. How about watching, reading or listening to something funny that's comedy related that gets you laughing?

Pick up an in-depth hobby, exercise, just something to take your mind off of whatever's been bothering you. I kind of use music as a hobby as well as a stress reliever, I'm always hunting new music and artists down :P Good hobbies can include collecting things (stamps, cards, comics, coins & currency, retro toys, memorabilia, a lot to choose from) or things like photography, sketching, origami, and a lot of other things. You just need to do something to take your mind away from your current problems.
