Music in the Classroom

The students I teach are non-verbal and confined to wheel chairs. They are amazing in the way they communicate. I play many genres of music in my class everyday. There is always something playing in the background even when I teach. I have one student who loves music and has many reactions to what she likes and doesn't like even with out speaking you know when she is not happy with my choice.
This past week she had a Korn week. She amazed me by here reactions to the songs. So naturally the next step was to show her the videos, she loves to watch things with lots of movement. Her reaction to Coming Undone blow me away. She simultaneously moved her head and picked up her feet as the song started. I have never seen her pick up her feet.
We now have Korn unplugged for the classroom and must play at least one Korn video everyday ( most the time more.)
