Hold on! Even chocolate is harmful if they are abused...

    Addiction can become your only friend .. your one constant.
    When everything else leaves you, people around hurt you ..
    let you down.
    There it is to hold your hand, soothe.

    Cyclical, around and around it goes.

    Addiction is never easy. I was married to a guy with a drinking problem for 11 years. The urge is strong and he never had the strenght to free himself from it. He got cancer and died in 2006. Not only was the alcohol more important than me it was also more important than his kids. We moved away in 2000. If I had stayed I would probably be there aswell, I was going down the same road.

    Maybe it´s better to get professional help, some things are just to hard to cope with on your own. The longest road is the one that leads up to you admitting to yourself that you have a drinking problem.

    Start by tapering yourself off. Instead of drinking lets say 5 beers drink 4. Next time drink 3 and so on. Drink shit loads of water and go for a walk or run. You have to make time for yourself. Even if it means waking up at 5am to go walk. I always say dreamers are full of words but actions are what really change lives. Alcohol is bad for your liver. I MEAN IT HATES YOUR LIVER. I see young ppl as young as in there 30's with liver failure from a history of drinking, on there death beds. Make up your mind to get moving. Once you do this it's all uphill from there.
