Well... I SAW KORN AT DOWNLOAD FESTIVAL ON THE 10TH JUNE 2011 FOR THE FIRST TIME!
They were even better than I imagined.

They were on after Bring Me The Horizon so I watched that band first and they were dicks and so were the crowd so it was difficult staying alive but I made sure I was near the front for KoRn next. BMTH finished I pushed my way to the middle. Later the drum kit was revealed and everyone was cheering and I was like oooh shiny! YAY!

Band walked on... I couldn't believe my eyes :') Mr Jonathan Davis is even more gorgeous in person!

ARE YOU READYYYYY?! They started with Blind...of course. Which was brutal! The crowd went insane and it was a shame cause I was the smallest person there so some people realised I was getting squished and pulled me away to safety. But it was further from my baba's :( So after nearly dying I was in a nice spot where I could see the stage but I wasn't worrying about stopping breathing. I think Here To Stay was played while I was sorting my positioning out :')

So happy they played Pop A Pill next I love that song. So had a good sing and jump along. Then Freak On A Leash which is always good. Then he got his bagpipes out YESSS! For Shoots and Ladders which was just brilliant. I almost cried. They did it so well. During the whole "Mary had a little lamb..." JD started to like freak out and go all scat and Fieldy like laughed and smiled at him. I thought about the amount of times they must have played that song and to still be enjoying it so much is an amazing thing. S&L went into One which got the crowd going insane.

Later they had Uber Time playing and went into Oildale. I had some kinda out of body experience and just went crazy. Some bitch told me to calm down and I said no I'm enjoying myself so she pushed me in a mosh pit with like huge 40 year old men. It was fun though.

I was excited when they played Get Up. I didn't think they would and it was great live. They did the whole KoRn medley of Coming Undone & Twisted Transistor and what not. Then finished with Y'all Want a Single. The whole crowd had their middle fingers in the air yelling FUCK THAT! FUCK THAT!

I was so sad to see them go off the stage. Time flies when you're having fun! But once I got out the crowd I just passed out on the floor :') And after had to sit through Pendulum -____- I still can't believe Pendulum headlined and KoRn played before them. I mean come on! It's KORN! Well if this world tour I hear about next year is true... I will be seeing them again for sure! Pleeeeeeease let it be true. Can't wait for the new album. Korn. Korn. Korn.
