The Song- Duality by Slipknot



I consider this song a classic. With one of the best intros of all time, Cory Taylor starts whispering, then singing, then screaming. The song was produced by Rick Rubin who worked with Linkin Park and SOAD and is currently working with Metallica on their new cd.

The video was filmed at a Slipknot fans house and a large crowd of Slipknot fans did $50,000 worth of damage to it. When Cory Taylor says "You cannot kill what you did not create" you can see the words painted on the barn in the background. Its one of the coolest music videos ever made.

The Joke: Billy's Dad
A grade school teacher was asking students what their parents did for a living. "Tim, you be first," she said. "What does your mother do all day?"
Tim stood up and proudly said, "She's a doctor."
"That's wonderful. How about you, Amie?"
Amie shyly stood up, scuffed her feet and said, "My father is a mailman." "Thank you, Amie," said the teacher. "What about your father, Billy?"
Billy proudly stood up and announced, "My daddy rapes, murders and steals from people."
The teacher was horrified and quickly changed the subject.
Later that day she went to Billy's house to talk to his dad. The teacher explained what his son had said. Shaking his head back and forth, Billy's father apologized and said, "I'm actually an lawyer, but how can you explain a thing like that to a seven-year-old?"
