I´m trying out different ideas in illustrator and photoshop, for my oil paintings class. First I came up with this idea:



But then I thought, maybe there are to many different colored areas and came up with this:



Now I´m thinking more in the line of filling the face with a gradient (in oil colors of course):



If you look at them from a distance they actually look pretty cool. A little bit like JD as a superhero.

But now I don´t know anymore. Anyone have any suggestions?
